Good Vegan
- 500 gr daging sapi, potong dadu sedang
- 1.5 ltr air
- 8 bh bawang merah, iris halus, kemudian digoreng
- 2 lbr daun salam
- 2 btg serai, ambil putihnya saja, memarkan
- 3 cm lengkuas, memarkan
- 8 lbr daun jeruk
- 5 sdm kecap manis
- 3 sdm bawang goreng, utk taburan
- 1 sdm merica bubuk
- garam secukupnya
